1. PERSONAL INFORMATION IS RESPECTED Bank of Cushing and Trust Co. (BOC) respects your expectation that your financial and personal information is private and confidential. It is our practice not to disclose your information unless such disclosure is 1) required by law, 2) specifically allowed by law, or 3) requested by you, directly or indirectly, i. e. provided by you to complete a customer-initiated transactions. 2. INFORMATION COLLECTED In the normal course of business, BOC collects nonpublic personal information about you from many sources. BOC maintains physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard your nonpublic personal information. 5.
